Upon completion, you’ll have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position. During this time, you’ll receive hands-on experience and have mentorship opportunities. Drive your own learning plan that covers all aspects of managing our high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.Â* Team Management: You’ll use your interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate a positive environment and motivate a team of diverse individuals. Provide employee feedback, conduct performance reviews, support team members’ development, participate in staff planning and recruiting, and engage and retain employees.Â* Career Advancement: Work towards obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing the training program, networking, and building relationships across BioLife.
