Job Description

Purpose:

This role will lead the Regional Sales Managers and a Sales Analyst with a focus on the Pro segments.

This role leads a team that is responsible for driving specifications, contracts, pro strategy execution and relationships with key customers and influencers.

Key Customers and influencers would primarily include Wholesalers, Plumbing Contractors, and Rep Agencies.

In this role, the leader will build and develop growth strategies, policies, processes, and procedures relative to these key segments to be executed across Sales Regions using strategic decision making.

The leader has ownership of program development, selling expenses and budgets for contract sales.

Responsibilities:
Strategic development and implementation for key segments Develop vision and build alignment across Omni Channel Corporate relationships with key Indirect customers Build and execute performance management and personal development plans for each direct report Develop annual revenue and expense budgets for respective team Systematically identify process gaps/waste and drive improvements Collaborate where appropriate with other Masco divisions to share knowledge, information and support to drive synergies Monitor market conditions, and competitors’ products, prices, sales & programs Prepare sales budgets & reports
Education and Experience:
4-year degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong financial and business acumen Sales management and customer facing experience at the C-Level Sales planning, execution, management and working strategically with an in-direct reporting sales force Ability to lead without direct authority Ability to travel up to 50 % is required
