This is a Full-time position in Ada, MI posted May 1, 2021.

We are passionate about building custom homes and just as passionate about building relationships with our homeowners, employees, professional trades, and our community at large.

We are growing and seeking a driven to lead the successful delivery of multiple remodels and new-build custom homes from the conceptual design phase through construction to the handover of completed projects.

Spending approximately 75% of the time in the office and 25% at the site, you will build solid relationships, ensure that safety regulations are being followed, ensure each project is proceeding in compliance with our strict quality standards, on schedule, and within budget.What you will do: Develop a cost-effective plan for completion of the project, forecast revenue and profitability, track and control associated costs, and achieve goals set Oversee all phases of the construction projects including scheduling and coordinating, trades, material, and equipment Arrange contractor bidding and selection, administer contracts, and obtain all necessary permits and licenses Conduct project meetings, check on difficulties, and correct any violations or deficiencies Manage both strategic and operational aspects of multiple construction projects, identify changes in project scope and revenue.

Manage client interactions and expectationsWhat you will bring: At least eight (8) years of construction experience, 5 years of which working on high-end projects or million-dollar + homes Proven success in managing all phases of residential construction and handling multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with a variety of personalities with professionalism Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency Strong organization and attention to details Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management softwareWhat we will offer in return: Competitive salary and benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, company matching 401K, company vehicle and cellphone, education reimbursement, and profit-sharing.
