Function Overview
Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Global Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition to join our Global Executive Talent Acquisition function.

This role reports directly to the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition and will work in lockstep to continue to evolve executive talent strategy and pipelines and build out a best-in-class in-house team.

The preferred location of the role is at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI (onsite minimum of 2-3 days a week). 

Job Responsibilities 
Direct exposure to collaborate and drive the building of critical talent pipelines with the highest levels of stakeholders within Whirlpool (VP / SVP / EVPs)  Partner with human resources, business leaders and hiring managers on executive talent initiatives at the Senior Director and Vice-President levels  Consistent performance of delivering high-quality stakeholder and candidate experience Develop and maintain relationships with global external search partners  Establish and implement executive research and sourcing strategies ensuring diverse applicant pools and candidate slates  Lead executive recruitment and assessment efforts for talent searches and bench strength initiatives to include pre-planning, interviews and assessments, and debrief final selection Participates in the interview process, both during the screening and final selection phases, and brings external benchmark and internal assessment data to the debrief process
– ensuring the most qualified candidate is selected  Partners with Compensation team to develop and communicate competitive executive compensation package to final candidates, taking into account the external market, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role  Provides advice and counsel to human resources and business unit leaders on the implications of talent selection strategies and choices on business results  Tracks and monitors effectiveness of each talent initiative and provides information to human resources and business leaders  Provides updates to business and HR leaders on local, regional and global employment markets Other special projects as assigned 
Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years in Talent Acquisition placing candidates in Global Fortune 500 Companies  3+ years of Executive Recruitment experience and collaboration with C-Suite executives  Diversity executive recruiting and sourcing experience Experience with OFCCP and GDPR regulatory laws Experience with visa and immigration work authorization Experience using recruitment and sourcing technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter), case management system, knowledge management system, social media, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications 
Degree in Human Resources or Business concentration Excellent verbal and written communication in English  Demonstrated strength in analytical skills and attention to detail  Ability to multi task in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization Success Factors Recruitment, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Agency, and Employee Referral Portals experience or exposure  Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) experience or exposure In-House Executive Recruitment Fortune 500 company experience  External Retained Search Firm
