You will be the central marketing leader, serving as the “glue” to guide and align all tactical implementation with leadership and enterprise priorities and strategies. In addition, you would oversee all integrated marketing strategies from a high level, ensuring that each is maximizing impact on priorities and value on investment. Providing strategic alignment, guidance and focus to the marketing team is key to meeting defined priorities. Encouraging a positive team culture, as well as, supporting team growth and development are key elements of this opportunity. You would work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, collaborating on developing goals, priorities and approaches throughout our marketing strategy.

You Have:

  • A passion to lead the Marketing team
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience
  • 8 + years of Marketing experience in a broad range of environments, techniques
  • Ability to grasp and translate strategic context to project plans priorities and team direction
  • Familiarity and experience with a broad range of digital marketing technology tools, such as Google AdWords, HubSpot, WordPress, Asana, Hootsuite, Coschedule and Advertising platforms etc.
  • Well-versed in Hubspot and/or other CRM, customer acquisition and lead gen and tracking tools
  • Experience implementing and leading integrated marketing tactics
  • Experienced at managing and balancing numerous projects and priorities, managing and nurturing growth of team members as well as nurturing the growth of a department.
  • Familiarity with credit unions, financial services institutions, human-centered design, nonviolent communications practices, and behavioral economics a plus.
  • Mastery level Experience with Google Analytics, marketing KPIs and tracking platforms to translate insights into actionable plans, strategies and campaigns.

The Day to Day:

  • Responsibilities of the position include team leadership, management and development; strategic feedback and reviews of project plans, content, messaging, positioning, visual brand, etc.
  • Oversight of integrated marketing tactics, metrics and performance evaluation, insights and recommendations
  • High-level project management to balance and prioritize workloads and communicate/set expectations throughout the organization
  • Facilitation of collaborative and creative processes
  • Tactical leadership to execute on marketing priorities
  • Collaboration and co-creation with peers across the organization
  • Support of the CMO and leadership team
  • Department and organizational leadership of a creative, positive, empathy-driven culture
