Digital Marketing Manager

Mutually Human is a custom software development company that exists to make software that humans actually like to use.

The Digital Marketer is a mid-level generalist who assists Mutually Humanin achieving its overall marketing objectives.

The role is an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets
– from brand awareness to product and solution promotion.

They are a seasoned marketing professional able to grasp target customer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.

He/she will be passionate about the marketing field and well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and implement lead generation campaigns with measured results Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals Assist in development and implementation of overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives and target market Creation and publication of marketing materials in line with marketing plans Provide market research for targeted solutions by vertical Coordinate and execute SEO strategy Develop and maintain internal marketing calendar Plan, promote, and produce client-facing webinars Provide assistance with presentation design and creation Provide operational HubSpot assistance
– reporting, sequence creation, and overall maintenance Create and deploy digital assets, such as landing pages and emails Manage and improve content marketing strategy with blog posts and other content Plan and coordinate partnership with review websites (such as Clutch.com) to drive new leads Stay informed of industry and partner news across all channels
*Other duties may be assigned as market conditions dictate.

Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required Ability to write and create marketing content preferred 1-2 years of demonstratable marketing experience Prior HubSpot experience preferred Proficient with social media channels, including analytics and metrics tools

Must be effective at prioritization, be a team player and self-starter with the ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Candidate must have superior organization skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
