, & Dimension of Job:The Customer Relationship Marketing Manager will develop, grow, and manage our direct to consumer prospecting and sales funnel communications.

This role is responsible for helping meet 1-800-HANSONS aggressive growth goals.

The Customer Relationship Marketing Manager will work closely with leaders across sales, call operations, and marketing to support the growth of current new, unused channels while meeting KPI.

They will work closely with internal team members and external partners, focusing on delivering planned lead and sales results.

This position requires an ability work independently and develop, present and execute creative problem solving strategies.Supervisory Responsibility:No formal supervisory responsibility.Essential /Major Accountabilities:Development and execution of CRM strategies focusing upon acquisition, cross-sales, and sales funnel management to grow revenue and meet profit targetsAssess the current platform, recommend improvement/replacement and lead future marketing development of capabilitiesMapping, developing and managing the customer journey, analyzing consumer touchpoints with the organization, and maximizing their valueContact channel management across assigned channels including email, mail, SMS, and outbound callingPartnering with departments responsible for key activities including sales, call center, scheduling, and service.Lead measurement and testing for prospect and customer communicationMonitor and manage marketing database qualityMinimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with CRM systems, specifically building or participating in building a systemTwo plus years CRM system managementExcellent partnership and collaboration skillsStrong project management and organization skillsAbility to turn complex data and information into actionable insights and plansSelf-motivated, enthusiastic.Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.Physical :Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periodsRequires the ability to move about inside the officeMust be able to move items weighing up to 25 poundsMust be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the publicConstantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerHours/Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.

Standard hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00 but due to the nature of position, some additional hours, including evening and weekend hours, may be required to complete projects under deadlines.
