Branch Manager

This is a Contract position in Kaleva, MI posted May 14, 2022.

The Branch Manager’s role is a key position within the company.

You will be responsible to oversee the entire team and ensure goals are met while keeping operations running smoothly.

It can be divided into the following responsibilities and duties: Oversees mentoring and training of staff.

Conduct Staffing Meetings.

Implement training plan for Recruiters and Staffing Associates.

Create goals for staffing and recruiting divisions and report on progress toward goals.

Track and review temporary employee hours and maintain understanding of staffing industry in order to maintain efficiency and profitability.

Enforce CNE policies and procedures at all times.

Handle urgent phone calls, resolve client and candidate issues.

Assist with duties of Staffing Employees if they are absent or assistance is needed.

Client Visits and Tours to ensure safe work environments.

Obtain new Job Orders.

Employee performance reviews.

Build and Maintain client relationships.

Marketing and Advertising oversite for staffing and recruiting divisions.

Communicate with staff and work as team to fulfill orders.

Database Management.

Represent CNE Staffing within the local community in special events.

Hiring of all new Staff.

Oversee scheduling of staff and approval of time off.

Communicate with President regularly on status of branch.

Create and Implement strategies for company wide growth.

Previous Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience in Staffing and/or Recruiting.

Proven experience in leading teams to attain goals or exceed expectations.

Branch Managers must be capable of managing a department through positive leadership, professional mentorship and clear direction.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to keep a team focused on the end goals at all times.

This position will require the ability to work effectively and efficiently with many different personality types and maintain a cohesive and motivating team environment.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize appropriately.
