You will be responsible to deliver profitable organic growth for the Automotive Refinish business through the management of Recreational Vehicle/Commercial Transporation Market Segment that possess long term potential benefit to BASF.

The position is the key resource and first point of contact for the Distributor/Customer and is responsible for managing all aspects of the account to include day to day activities as well as gain new business, long term business/strategic planning, new business expansion and acquisition support.

This role will work exclusively with our current exclusive RV Distribution partner Industrial Finishes while simultaneously developing the future Distribution RV/CTS Strategy.

Qualifications BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalentFormula for Success Directly and indirectly influencing across entire ECN organization including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, Controlling and Finance units to ensure buy-in is gained and individuals not under direct control execute against defined plans.

Representing, positioning and protecting BASF at key national events where competitors lobby for position with key distributors and industry influencers Identifying and being accountable to resolve distributor conflict / channel conflict both internally within BASF and critically externally in the market Coordination and leadership of cross-functional teams (supply chain, marketing, technical, controlling) internally and externally across multiple levels at distributor /customer Responsible for management of customer deals and deal approvals for large strategic accounts Accountable for developing the North America RV/CTS strategy for our approach to gaining a better position with RV/CTS accounts across North America Administrative tasks including e.G.
