This is a Full-time position in Marquette, MI posted September 28, 2022.

This role is for a Salesforce expert (not admin).

Both the role and the interview process focus heavily on Salesforce and data management.

This position is based in NYC but fully remote is allowed if you reside in the UK or one of the following states: MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, FLA, IL, TX, or CA.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Associate to act as the Salesforce (SFDC) main point of contact for the pre-sales Supply Strategy & Operations and Seller Acquisition teams while providing and driving insights to streamline the teams’ sales cycle.

As part of this role, you will handle important day-to-day tasks that increase and optimize sellers and sales on the 1stDibs platform.

This person is not the 1stDibs Salesforce administrator, but a Salesforce super-user/expert who acts as the go-to person for all Supply/Sales team needs.

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful individual who will be an advocate for seller success on the 1stDibs marketplace and maintaining a healthy inventory supply.

This person must be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), have 3-4 years experience leading projects within (SFDC), love working with people on cross-functional processes and projects, and be able to remain professional and helpful under pressure.

The role will report to our Senior Director, Supply Strategy and Operations, and will work closely with our Sales Executives, Product Marketing team, Partner Managers, and internal team of category specialists and curators.

If you’re interested in an excellent cross-functional opportunity that is part of a strategic and highly-visible team, read on to learn more Responsibilities: Act as the lead (SFDC) point of contact for all internal Supply (Sales/Seller) teams, involving but not limited to: Creation and maintenance of monthly and ad hoc SFDC reports and dashboards; Definition, rollout, and optimization of operational processes managed in SFDC; Liaison with the Sales Automation team and SFDC Product team on SFDC changes, enhancements, and troubleshooting needs; Bulk changes, data cleanup, and investigative projects Extract and summarize data via various BI tools ( Looker, SFDC, etc), and deliver insights on Supply team metrics and processes Lead, facilitate, and/or support the pre-sales operational processes of the Supply/Seller organization and its related seller lifecycle (acquisition to onboarding to optimization), which involves seamless collaboration with a broad range of internal and external team members Strategize and streamline the multiple of areas within the seller lifecycle including, but not limited to: seller lead review, assignments, sales, activations, and inventory optimization Complete Supply-related ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred 3-4 years experience in either a sales support or sales operations role Expert in & Google suite are key (experience with data loader or similar) Experience with Looker and/or other BI tools preferred Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, v look ups, advanced functionality) Exceptional communication (written and oral), presentation, listening and organization skills Superb attention to detail, organizational skills, and timeliness Willingness to pitch in to help the team with unforeseen needs and be solution-oriented Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively seek solutions Comfort in & willingness to communicate with internal and external stakeholders Experience working with luxury goods or strong interest in e-commerce a plus 1stDibs is an Equal Opportunity Employer The 1stDibs mission, to enrich lives with the extraordinary, can only be achieved when diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded into our values, culture and the way we do business.
