Veterinarian – Compassionate Urgent Care

Compassion 4 Paws

This is a Contract position in Grand Ledge, MI posted December 3, 2019.

Compassion 4 Paws Veterinary Healing Center is a new and fast growing Urgent Care / After-hours Veterinary Facility offering affordable urgent medical care to patients when their regular vet is not available.

The facility is owned solely by Patricia Lance and is located in the beautiful town of Grand Ledge, Michigan (Clinton County).

We serve several surrounding communities, as after-hours veterinary care is extremely limited in this area.

Too many beloved pets are being euthanized or suffering until normal business hours because the after-hours care is so limited in this area and the options are extremely expensive, making it impossible for so many to get the help that they desperately need, when they desperately need it.

Our goal is to provide affordable and accessible care to those pets.

We are looking for an amazing core team of professionals to take this business to the next level.

The clinic is adjacent to Nana-n-Paws Doggie Daycare and Sleepover Center, which is a well-established, thriving pet care facility.

In addition to providing routine and urgent afterhours care to the general public, the veterinary staff also provides medical care to the guests a Nana-n-Paws.

Therefore, we started off with a large client base of over 6500 established clients through Nana-n-Paws, which is highly regarded in this and surrounding communities.

Clinic hours are 4:00pm
– Midnight.

Compassion 4 Paws Veterinary Healing Center is equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, digital surgical monitoring and oxygen therapy.

In addition to traditional medicine, we also offer acupuncture as well as alternative/integrative medicine.

We are seeking motivated full and part-time Veterinarians as well as relief vets with a desire to learn and grow with our facility.

We offer a competitive salary and excellent work environment.

Job duties include: small animal medicine, IV catheterization, surgery, post-surgery and emergency care as well as routine care.

If you can provide compassionate medical care and want to be appreciated as a professional, we hope you will consider joining our team and being part of this life saving venture.

We offer a competitive wage and benefit options.

Relocation compensation for out of state candidates.
