Join us as a Technology Communication Analyst Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Communication Analyst to join our Systems/Technology Communications team.

Position Summary: The Technology Communication Analyst will be primarily responsible for maintaining the daily deliverables associated with the Client RFP and Due Diligence request process.

In addition to this function, they will assist in adhoc assignments that are required by the Systems Communications team, including but not limited to Email Communications, Events, Newsletter content, and Intranet maintenance.

Some of your key responsibilities include: RFP & Due Diligence Process Serve as an internal Systems point person for RFPs, RFIs and DDQ’s while working with the Global RFP Team on assignments and coordination of deliverables Create and confirm content with SMEs; craft the messaging; coordinate timing of messaging; ensure consistency with previous responses to clients Communication & Events Maintain the content on the Systems Hub and SharePoint site Assist with Systems Wide communications while following a set of best practices and established guidelines for content, audience, and format Prepare presentations (both internal and external) as requested by senior leaders in the organization Assist in planning and facilitating Systems events Assist with the planning and design of the monthly Systems newsletter Assist in additional projects including Market Research, Surveys and Workshops.

Delegate work among Systems SMEs; manage the receipt of team’s responses and hold strategy meetings as necessary Obtain internal approvals for the RFP/RFI as required Continually improve RFP/RFI process by maintaining the RFP proposal database, which contains answers to most questions received in RFPs/RFIs; keep the proposal database current, on-message, well-written and accurate Annually review, update and improve responses in the proposal database while considering the overall design of the process for improved efficiency.

Prepare supporting documentation for RFP responses, including collateral, charts, and diagrams.

Candidate Qualifications include: 4 year college degree 3-5 years relevant experience Knowledge & experience using databases; MS PPT Proficiency using windows-based applications, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.

Working experience with SharePoint Creative and effective problem solving and analytical skills.

Proactive and results orientated Strong organizational skills; Asks good questions and looks beyond the obvious Strong communications skills, both oral and written Communicates concisely and with clarity, regardless of form; Strong listening, investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills, with close attention to detail Consultative and advisory skills with ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external clients / Excellent interpersonal skills Flexible and adaptable in dealing with the constituents and the organization’s evolving needs.
