Senior Compensation Analyst

In this role as Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will facilitate the research, design, analysis and administration of global compensation programs, policies, and procedures for US and MX. These include base pay, cash bonus, salary/hourly wage structures, relocation, immigration, Associate retention programs, separation pay programs, and executive compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.Ensures regulatory compliance of laws and regulations (FLSA) that affect compensation plans. Partner with the Compensation Director in designing and implementing global compensation programs including the annual merit cycle, cash bonus plan, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or another related field.4-7 years as a HR Compensation Specialist/Analyst; strongly prefer manufacturing industries.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or in process; a plus.Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.Global Compensation Specialist/Analyst for MX; Brazil and/or India a plus.Demonstrate strong company Compensation analytics and computational skills.Display order in setting priorities, multi-task, and meeting quick deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with attention to details and 100% accuracy.Excellent written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, presentations and teamwork skills.Competency to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.Intermediate MS Excel/PowerPoint skills including uploads/download from e-resources required.Apply now and join a winning TEAM!
