For the ideal candidate, this can serve as an entry-level position with a goal for advancement in Accounting:
As the Face of the Company, Interact Positively With Customers, Vendors, and Co-Workers

Provide Administrative Support with the Ability to Predict, Anticipate and Execute on the Business Needs of the Office

Screen Correspondence and Telephone Calls; Respond Or Direct to Appropriate Parties for Response

Coordinate Department Calendar for Conference Rooms
Additional Duties Include Providing Telephone Support, Assist with Preparation of Company-Wide Communications, Mail and Paperwork Distribution, Filing, Copying, Ordering Office Supplies, and Other General Tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School Diploma Required; Some College Credits in Accounting Preferred
Experience Working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Good Judgment and Discretion in Handling Confidential Information
Demonstrate a Willingness to Learn New Skills, Accept Additional Responsibilities as Required
Extremely Organized with Great Attention to Detail
