As a nurse aide, you are essential for providing day-to-day care to adult residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You enjoy taking initiative with your leadership qualities by supervising all recreational and leisure time and assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals.

Your phenomenal attention to detail assists in observing changes in behavior due to side effects of medication or symptoms of illnesses, following resident’s Assessment Plan, and administering medications.

With your excellent organizational and time management skills, you document activities and maintain a daily log, attend staff meetings and training, and record medications and patient symptoms/behavior.

You gain great satisfaction from providing vital care to our patients that enhances their daily lives.
