UPHS Portage is looking for a part time APP to fill rotation primarily in Houghton Express Cares but some coverage in Calumet included. Schedule would consist of 5 days on, 9 days off (with exceptions when covering PTO). The ideal candidate is professional but fun to work with. Someone who can handle stress while still taking pride and appreciation in their work and in their support staff. Leadership skills would also be a plus as well as good organization and the ability to keep to deadlines. They should also have an openness and willingness to learn new things in an effort to grow the practice and serve our community.

Express Care-Houghton located in business district of Houghton, MI. Express Care separate but co-located in building with Fitness Center. Express Care-Calumet, newly constructed in 2018. Express Care separate but co-located in building with UPHS Portage Physical Therapy and Rehab and FQHC.
