Technosoft is looking to add IT Recruiters to our team at our headquarters in Southfield, MI!

As a Technical Recruiter you will partner with the business teams to execute against our hiring goals for a dynamic, growing business.

Identify, source, screen, submit and place top talent at our client sites.

Cultivate different sources of talent and maintain an outbound and active presence in the development of a candidate pipeline.

Identify unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates.

Develop leading-edge methods to attract strategic and diverse talent.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

Recruit candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry for the right fit, and to understand candidate motivation.

Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new recruiting processes and fine tuning standard processes that fit within Technosoft’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

Develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidates.

Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.

Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.

Understand client requirements in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

Submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree is required Previous experience in customer service, sales and marketing.

Superior communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior technical recruiting and sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume environment.

A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations Strong full life cycle recruiting skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity Interested?
