We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity as IT Program Associate.The IT Program Associate is responsible for:Essential DutiesMaintaining and Executing Program & Project MethodologiesFacilitating Project Tracking & ReportingCollaborating with all functional groups to provide general Program, Project & Process Management supportIT Program Associate Responsibilities:Build and manage processes to provide structure for new projects and initiatives Serve as a liaison between IT, corporate departments and units to coordinate the necessary support needed to provide successful implementation of project initiativesCollaborate with potential stakeholders to identify specific needs Support a systematic and scalable pro forma financial projection and planning process Coordinate with Project Managers to develop project charters, plans, milestones, schedules and timelines using standard project management and agile methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time.Daily program management support throughout the project life cycleSupport the program governance (controls)Compile data and create program status reportsCreate and manage a program dashboardManage risks, actions, issues and decisions for review by senior leadershipCoordinate the projects and their interdependenciesSupport the program stakeholder communication planManage the Project Intake ProcessManage the Project Change ProcessThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.
