The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one year of account management / customer success for a company that primarily sells software.A Firm Success Manager at Case Status is responsible for communicating with all assigned clients at least once per month.

You will be tasked with calling/emailing at-risk clients and equipping them to move through the pipeline.
