Contact Center Loan Officer

Produce high quality loans for KALSEE through non-branch sources including but not limited to: Internally generated call lists, Indirect ‘Welcome Calls’, phone inquiries, online applications, referrals from members, loan retention campaigns, etc. Assist members with loan inquiries and questions. Represent KALSEE in a professional manner. Originate process, approve and close loans in accordance with established policies and procedures. Achieve goals and help promote KALSEE’s sales and service culture. Non-traditional hours will be a regular occurrence in order that the member may be served according to their schedule.

• Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell KALSEE products and services to members
• Maintain an organized report of outbound calling efforts and results
• Maintain and utilize a book of business
• Achieve established goals
• Continuously research external opportunities to earn quality loan volume

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of lending experience preferred
• Excellent member service and communication skills
• Effective problem solving skills
• Driven to succeed
• Possess a coachable spirit
• Must be organized and able to manage a high level of loan activity
• Must present a professional image and be a proper representative of KALSEE within the community
