Our Rehab and Nursing Centers have been providing services in West Michigan for 20+ years. Our residents range in age, diversity and acuity levels.

Our Fuller Avenue facility (750 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids) has been a cornerstone to our Grand Rapids Community for many years. In addition, our Fuller Ave. facility is a staple in Corewell Health’s continuum of services.

Weekend Option Program:

  • Weekend CNAs will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year.
  • Weekends are defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift and Friday and Saturday night for night shift.
  • CNAs can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours ‘off’ of the weekend requirement. This would be given in accordance with unit guidelines with allotted PTO as well as peak times, etc.
  • CNAs may request 1 holiday off per calendar year that falls on the weekend. The CNA would only work the holiday if it fell on the weekend, they will not be moved off a weekend to work on a holiday.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

Education – High School Diploma or equivalent

Licenses – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days of hire
