Business Administrator (Part Time) –
Based out of our Mohawk, MI Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and quote parts, send purchase orders
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with vendors
- Coordinate, receive, and inspect deliveries
- Accurately enter bills and expense data into QuickBooks
- Update, edit and monitor projects’ parts spreadsheets
- Review employee expenses and reimbursement claims
- Work with coworkers and vendors to resolve issues related to expenses and purchasing
- Weekly A/P & A/R report
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 on a regular basis
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Microsoft (Excel) experience preferred
- Organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High school dimploma or GED
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (can be flexible)
- 20-30 hours/week
- Starting June/July 2023
