Business Administrator (Part Time)

MOHAWK TECHNOLOGY

Business Administrator (Part Time) –

Based out of our Mohawk, MI Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source and quote parts, send purchase orders
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with vendors
  • Coordinate, receive, and inspect deliveries
  • Accurately enter bills and expense data into QuickBooks
  • Update, edit and monitor projects’ parts spreadsheets
  • Review employee expenses and reimbursement claims
  • Work with coworkers and vendors to resolve issues related to expenses and purchasing
  • Weekly A/P & A/R report
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 on a regular basis
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Microsoft (Excel) experience preferred
  • Organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • High school dimploma or GED

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (can be flexible)
  • 20-30 hours/week
  • Starting June/July 2023
