Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our organization as an Appointment Scheduler and Internet Media Specialist.

As part of our team, you schedule appointments for clients, assist in managing an executive’s schedule and perform various data entry tasks necessary to manage the customer database.

You will also provide regular media updates to our presence on the internet and direct inquires received to the proper department.

We operate with a high volume of client and prospect requests, meaning you must be well organized and able to multitask.

Our ideal candidate has excellent phone and communication skills, as well as experience with electronic database records and social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate persons or service
Assist clients and prospects in making or adjusting appointments
Manage schedules for executives
Enter prospective clients into our system and ensure integrity across relevant databases
Contact scheduled clients and prospect to request relevant information as needed
Make regular social media posts as directed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
At least two years of experience in scheduling or customer service with an emphasis on customer outreach.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Database entry skills and experience with internet platforms
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
