Description:
Central Conveyor Company (a member of the Tsubaki Group) is a turn-key Systems Integrator with a complete portfolio of conveyance solutions and products for the Automotive, Parcel & Logistics, and Warehouse & Distribution markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Process all vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Research purchase order and coding issues and follow up through resolution
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Create and file voucher packets
- Process check runs and manual checks
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Other tasks/functions as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) is not required, but is preferred
- Accounting experience/background is a plus
- Contractor/percentage of completion industry experience is a plus
- Work independently and is able to multi-task and prioritize work based on deadlines.
- Handles confidential information discreetly.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Communicates clearly and comfortably with all employees.
- Acts positively upon constructive criticism and coaching.
- Conducts self professionally & ethically.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- Places a high emphasis on excellent customer service.
- Experience with a major ERP system is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required
