Job Requirements: A little about the role: The Residential Marketing Coordinator (RMC) works closely with the Marketing Director and On-Site Residential Teams to ensure all properties are marketed and branded according to A.J.

Dwoskin & Associates, Inc.’s business objectives.

The RMC will work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute proactive marketing plans for the residential and mobile home communities.

This includes, but is not limited to, local outreach, open house events, launching new advertising avenues, coordinating with 3rd party marketing companies, etc.

Some responsibilities include: Communicate with on-site residential teams to develop and execute email campaigns for both current residents and leasing prospects.

Review and report on email campaign metrics.

Administrative Duties: Prepare and send the Residential Monday Summary Report utilizing Yardi BI.

Assist in the preparation and issuance of weekly specials.

Update advertising ILS sites and company website through Rent Café Site Manager CMS to display accurate information.

Develop, proof, and order marketing materials including brochures, flyers, promotional items, etc.

Lead sales training for new hires and offer refresher training for current leasing staff Minimum Qualifications: 2 years administrative experience, and prior marketing experience Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing Degree preferred Intermediate experience with CRMs, CMS, Yardi’s suite of products is a plus Intermediate experience with MS (Word and Excel) Intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator, Photoshop, and Publisher are preferred If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you today The hiring process you will go through is an example of the type of organizational processes and procedures that we employ throughout our organization.
