We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, detail oriented AR/AP clerk or bookkeeper who cares about their work and strives for accuracy and quality above all else.

Responsibilities of Position:
Accounts Payable

Process vendor invoices in ERP system
Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure accuracy
Schedule and process check runs
Reconcile journals

Accounts Receivable

Enter and process sales orders
Match Shipped orders to purchase orders for accuracy
Process customer invoices
Process payments and credit cards
Reconcile journals
Process and approve terms requests
Research and process RMAs and credit requests
Light collections

Other Duties

Sales Tax reporting and payments
General banking (deposits, balancing, reconciliation, etc.)
General accounting tasks
Assist with filing and scanning
Other clerical duties (data entry, answering phones, etc.)
Qualifications
High school diploma.
1-2 year previous experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with accounting or ERP software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Good analytic abilities
Good attendance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00
– $45,000.00 per year
