Customer Service Representative’s Needed in Wayne County at Medical Screening and Vaccinations Sites

Caduceus Healthcare currently has multiple openings for Full-Time Customer Service Representative’s to work with the Wayne County Division of Public Health. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements.

Term/Length of Contract: One Year with potential option periods to follow.

Locations:

  • Wayne County Community College, Belleville, MI
  • Dearborn Performing Arts Ford Center, Dearborn, MI
  • Kennedy Center Lincoln Park, Lincoln Park, MI
  • WCCC Northline Taylor, Taylor, MI
  • Flat Rock Community Center, Flat Rock, MI
  • Wayne County Hamtramck, Hamtramck, MI
  • Eastland Mall (Old Sears Department Store), Harper Woods, MI

Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week), Monday-Saturday with Sunday’s off. Shifts will be from 8:00am-4:30pm with a 15 minute break every 2 hours and a 30 minute lunch period for each shift.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)

Job Requirements:

Description of Duties:

  • Provide the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) form to clients as they arrive.
  • Provide registration materials for clients.
  • Check clients paperwork for legibility and completion.
  • Answer client questions regarding the registration form.
  • Monitor clients who have received the vaccine.
  • Radio for help if a client is not feeling well.
  • Direct clients to the exit once the monitoring time has been completed.
  • Collect Registration Forms from the Vaccine Station and distribute them to the MCIR data entry clinic flow staff.
  • Keep count of MCIR forms and update the facility manager periodically.
  • Run supplies to and from nursing stations (as needed)
  • Fill out second dose reminder cards after the client receive’s their first dose.
  • Put needles on syringes
  • Disinfect chairs between clients entering and leaving the facility.
  • Prepare band-aids
