Afternoon Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking to hire an exemplary Customer Service Supervisor to coach our staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Service Supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.

You will play an intricate part in providing quality sheds, play sets, studios, gazebos and fencing to many valued customers across the United States.

As our Customer Service Supervisor, your strong attention to detail and ability to lead and mentor your team members will allow you to deliver the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving.

Your daily focus will be centered around improving and maintaining the overall customer experience.

Shift: Hours will vary between 11AM – 9PM Tuesday – Friday and Saturdays between 8:30 AM – 5PM.

Some variation for coverage will be required, and some flexibility to various shifts may be available.

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned) Improve and maintain the overall customer experience by engaging customers and facilitating organic growth Supporting objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities Delegate and take ownership of customer issues, coach employees and see through to a resolution Assist in the development of customer service agents and ensure all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures Stay ahead of industry standards and apply best practices Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service supervisory/leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and experience Exceptional customer service skills,strong communication, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.

Awareness of industry trends, applications, and technology Successful completion of compliance requirements such as a criminal background check and drug screen Work Environment: Operates in a professional office environment, not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Nearly continuously required to sit, use repetitive hand motion (such as typing), hear / listen, talk, and stand.

Often required to walk, bend, and seldom required to lift up to 30 pounds.
