ADP Enterprise eTIME Support Specialist

Job Introduction
The ADP Enterprise eTIME Support Specialist will be responsible for all ADP Enterprise eTIME support and sustainment work for our Canadian and US divisions.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the HR Technology Support team, and is responsible for second level support, complimenting the Magna Service Desk.

The successful candidate will have previous implementation or support experience with the ADP Enterprise eTIME solution.
There is the possibility to exercise these activities either in our office in Troy, Michigan OR Holland, Michigan (USA), by arrangement and subject to availability of internal resources.
Major Responsibilities Demonstrate a strong understanding of Enterprise eTIME.(eTIME) Monitor and remediate background job log errors related to data integration files and punch clock connectivity.

Receive inbound calls and tickets from division with the goal of resolving the inquiry/issue on the first contact.

Act as the support contact for all eTIME (Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence Management and Self-Service) related issues including but not limited to the creation of schedules, employee time tracking, time off requests and payroll close.

Understand and maintain ADP security design and function access profiles related to user roles.

Remain current on eTIME release versions, regression testing new releases against Magna configuration and raising issues to ADP support for product remediation.

Operate as central point of contact for configuration changes/projects requiring ADP professional services (i.e.

Mergers and Acquisitions, Expansions into new geographic areas, etc.) for all Canada and US divisions using the application.

Develop relationships with ADP account team and other partners, and act as the key contact for operational support for weekly status meetings, quarterly reviews and ticket escalations.

Knowledge and Work Experience Completion of University Degree (IT related, HR) or equivalent work experience.

3 to 5 Years of Work Related Experience.

Skills and Competencies 3-5 year’s ADP Enterprise eTIME system experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written english communication skills.

Strong analytical mind; demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation.

Excellent collaborator and a team player.

Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects.

Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information.

Understanding of HR, payroll and time operations and experience in employee data management.

Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities.

Ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
