Logistics Accounting / Billing Administrator

This is a Full-time position in Taylor, MI posted November 20, 2021.

ADICA Trucking and Logistics is looking for detail-oriented person to help support multiple departments within our Trucking and Logistics firm at our Taylor office, in an administrative capacity.

A successful candidate will possess good listening skills as well as being detailed oriented by nature, as this job supports our Safety Department and other administrative areas, such as Transportation and Billing/Payroll.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Duties:

Manage Imaged documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
Data Entry
– Enter approved reimbursements to driver accounts
Billing / Accounting detail
Assisting the Safety Coordinator with maintaining the safety manual, researching new policies, maintaining spreadsheets as required, assisting with safety meetings and all associated paperwork
General office duties to including filing, scanning, answering phones, preparing mail, maintaining/ordering supplies, etc
Other duties as assigned by Department Heads
Qualifications and Skills

Qualification Requirements:
Competency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with McLeod operating system is a plus
Possess excellent organization skills and self-motivation
Adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise
High school education
Valid Driver’s License
