We are looking for a full-time Financial Advisor Assistant who can focus on giving exceptional client service.

Experience in the financial services field is a must.

You need to be a detailed oriented problem solver who is a quick learner and can work independently.

Strong organizational skills, highly ethical and professional and interpersonal skills are required so that you can work with our clients in a professional manner.This position is 50% Client Relationships Management / 50% Operations:Client Relationships Management Duties Include:Handling email, mail, and phone interactions with clients answering client questions, resolving any issues, and directing them to the Financial Advisor when necessary.Executing all follow-up with clients to gather information, making appointments, and completing necessary paperwork.Attending client appointments with the Financial Advisor.Be present in the office during office hours to be available to clients.Operations.Complete paperwork accurately for all new accounts and for all existing account maintenance.Execute all account changes, updates, transfers, withdrawals, additions and other necessary actions as needed.Gather correct information from clients to assemble a financial plan, working with financial advisor.Work closely with broker-dealer and product providers to advocate for the clients and ensure the successful completion of all tasks/paperwork.Meticulously maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.Preparation of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings.Update and maintain data-tracking spreadsheets.Keep up to date with all compliance issues, ensuring correct compliance of all financial paperwork and transactions.Handle outgoing and incoming mail.Perform other operations related duties as needed.Critical Skills Needed:Client-focused mindset.Tech-savvy with an aptitude for picking up new software.Very organized nature with a strong desire to ensure all tasks are complete.Good judgment.Enjoy working in a small environment.Requirements and Experience Required:Minimum of 2 year Administrative experience in the financial industry.Having a financial license is desirable.Managing CRM.Positive attitude.Excellent communication skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
