The Company:

We have partnered with a local Waterford company that provides tools of all kinds for all trades.

Summary:

We are searching for an Accounting Manager / Office Manager who will have core responsibilities in maintaining the finances of this company.

Your role is vital within the company as you will be working directly with the President.
Primarily responsible for General Ledger, AP, and AR activities.

Daily reconciliations for the GL from multiple income streams and expenses.

Customer invoicing and statements Sales tax reporting Month-end reporting Booking of invoices and creating a weekly check run Payroll
Qualifications
7+ years of accounting experience Quickbooks, Excel, ERP Have excellent attention to detail
Schedule:

Monday
– Friday 8:00 am
– 5:00 pm
